2002-12-29:
I just recognized that Mirex's Homepage is missing in my Links!! This is fixed now ;)

2002-12-24:
Marry X-Mess!
Erm ... no:
Merry X-Mas!
Alright, Ficedula sent me some corrections to my p and hrc file format descriptions, so I've had to update them. You can check them out now in my Descriptions Section...

2002-12-22:
As promised on Qhimm's Board: The first Public Alpha of Ultima 0.40 is out! Get it from my FF7 Page!

2002-12-17 #2:
Hm, second update today ... it's a long time ago when site has been udpated twice per day :P
Well, okay, only 19 minutes until tomorrow...
There's something VERY interesting I wanted to show you NOW, and not tomorrow:
Take a look at those two Screenshots: Yuffie #1 and Yuffie #2
I just want to point out: That Triangle is 100% Ultima-generated! :)

2002-12-17:
I've uploaded a new Version of my FF7 .p Format Description to the Descriptions page. It still isn't 100% up-to-date, but, ehm, let's say 96% up-to-date ;)
I'll keep on hacking, if there is anything new, the document will be updated.

2002-12-16:
I've uploaded a Screenshot from Ultima 0.40. Click here to view it.
I suppose that the first Alpha will be released at the end of this or at the beginning of the next week...

2002-12-06:
I think you remember that X-Mas Picture from last year, right? I'm sorry, but I hadn't enough time to design a new one...
I've also added a falling-snow thingy for x-mas, as you can see ^_^ If the snow is rendered very slowly, you can toggle it off for better performance (whoo, website tuning ;)
I used Fall v1.7a by Maxx Blade for it.
Oh, and bad news: I'm not sure if I'll be able to present you a new Ultima Alpha or Beta this year...
.. oh, yes, and I've bought a notebook - see the About me-Section!

2002-11-19:
There was a bug in the descriptions page, so that no description could be viewed. This is solved now.

2002-11-16:
"What's new and exciting around here?"
Well, there're two good and a bad message... the good ones first:
1. I've redesigned my homepage. You'll have to try around a bit to find out what is stored where here ^_^
2. I've uploaded most of my file format descriptions. You can take a look at them in my Format Descriptions Section.
The bad one is that the FF7 .p format, for which so many of you have been waiting, hasn't been updated yet. But I've got a good reason for that:
I'm currently workin' on Ultima and I haven't proved my ideas 'bout the .p Format, so I am not sure if my thoughts are right. And I don't want to sell you any bullsh!t here ;)
As soon as I have finished my tests, a new version of the description will be available.
As for Ultima: I'm making progress, however, you should not expect a new release before x-mas. Maybe in the week before sylvester...

2002-10-29:
UNBELIEVABLE ! An Update? On Alhexx' Homepage?
Well, YES!
I've just decided not to continue Ultima under VB, b'cause the VB language is not enough powerful. So Ultima will be continued under Visual C++ 6. That means that the old versions are "out-of-date"...
That's the reason why I've decided to release the complete Ultima 0.31 Source Code. You can now download it from my Games Section and try around with it. There's a readme included, you should read it first.
Well, now I hope that I can present you the first Vc++ Ultima Beta this year... let's see, maybe a x-mas present?

2002-09-07:
No new Releases, just an update in the 'About Me'-Section: I've just bought an AMD Duron 1.2 GHz... :-p

2002-08-23:
No, Sorry, no Updates. I justed wanted to tell you why my server wasn't available the last days:
My Host was changing its hard drives and improving its technical equipment, however everything should work fine now.
A new Version of Ultima *should* come soon, however, I've got a lot of work to do at the moment, so I don't see any release within the next week... :(
And I'm currently thinkin' 'bout uploading all my (unfinished) File Format Descriptions and some of my (unfinished) appz, like converters and rippers ... let's see ;)

2002-07-25:
Okay, everybody, Ultima 0.31 is up! However, since I'm ill at the moment and I'm goin' on holidays tomorrow for 2 weeks, I had to publish Ultima 0.31 without the new Texture showing functions.
I'll have to change a lot of Ultima's internal system to upgrade it... and I'm not able to do that now... I'll continue on that in 2 weeks.
But I think you can have a lot of fun the current version, too.

2002-07-18:
I've finally uploaded that Parasite Eve 1/2 Ripper. It is very buggy and it doesn't support many filetypes yet, but it's better than nothing ;)
Well, take a look at it if you want...
BTW: A new Version of Ultima is almost finished! Since I'm going on holidays in one week, I'll have to see to finish Ultima until then...

2002-06-12:
Phew! The first update for 1.5 months! I've uploaded a new Version of JSGReg32, 1.34.
I've fixed a bug in the ReadString Function...
That's all for now, however, I'm actually workin' on Ultima, so there *should* be a new version out soon ...

2002-04-29:
Nothing really interesting, but I've uploaded the source of Hasegawa. It can be downloaded from the Oni Section.

2002-04-25:
A new Milkshape Plugin: for Heavy Metal FAKK2 TAN Models - and a FAKK2 Texture viewer and converter. You can find them under 'Plugins' and 'Games/HM FAKK'

2002-04-13:
A new era in my career ;) and a new section on my site: Plug-Ins (see left)
Since I've finished reading my C++ book, I've started workin' on a Milkshape 3D FF7 .p Model Importer. The first Beta is out, so you can test it. It works pretty fine, the only thing that's not so fine: the texture coords for the battle locations aren't imported. But that'll be fixed soon.

2002-03-27:
FINALLY ! I've been able to upload the files. I found out that the slow connection was my provider's fault. However, that's not your problem ;)
So Ultima 0.30 and JSGReg 1.33 are up now! Have more fun!

2002-03-20:
Okay, I've finally uploaded those files. I've also released JSGReg32 1.33. I've been finally able to correct that compatibility problem, so JSGReg32 1.33 *should* be compatible to JSGReg32 1.30.
So Ultima 0.30 *should* also work with JSGReg32 1.30. Just try it out!

2002-03-14:
I'm very sorry, but my m*therf**kin' FTP client is sucking around, and so I am not able to upload any binary files, so Ultima 0.30 isn't up >:(

2002-03-09:
Sorry, I wasn't able to upload the files yesterday. Ultima 0.30 is up now.

2002-03-08:
A new Version of Ultima has been uploaded. However, there are not much ineteresting news, but you probably should take a look at it.
You will most probably need to download JSGReg32 1.32, too.
Oh, and I have updated my current projects ^_^ (once again)

2002-03-02:
Updated Links Section and Current Projects

2002-02-27:
Phew! My new domain's up:
You can reach me this way now:
http://www.alhexx.com
http://forums.alhexx.com
alhexx@alhexx.com

2002-01-29:
I seem to have fixed that JSGReg32 Bugs... everything should work fine now.
If you still get Runtime-Error 430, you probably will have to recompile your app...

2002-01-27:

I M P O R T A N T :

Have you downloaded JSGReg32 1.31? And installed it? Get rid of it! It has a (compilation?) error that causes it to crash - you will get this error:

Run-time error '430'
Class does not support Automation or does not support expected interface

I'll continue working on that problem as soon as I get Visual Studio back... (tomorrow?)

2002-01-20:
Nothing really special, just a bug-fixed Version of JSGReg32... however, 'till now, there's no need to download the new version, b'cause the buggy function hasn't been used in my apps yet.
However, if you want to download it - do that ^_^
If you want to program your own VB tools that can access the Windows Registry, you should download it, b'cause I've implemented an Documentation now.

2002-01-12:
No real update, but I've deleted that X-Mas Pic. And there's an update in the 'Current Projects' Section and in Natalie's Specs (Natalie != my girlfriend; Natalie = my computer). Oh, and I've done some testig with this site - I have tested it in Internet Explorer 6.0, Netscape Navigator 6.2, K-Meleon 0.6 and Opera 5.12. I recommend to use Internet Explorer or, if you think M$ sux, Netscape.
BTW: I've got a lot of private work to do now, so there shouldn't be any interesting updates the next weeks :(
That's all for now...
